Barnardos Flowers successfully deliver thousands of bouquets each week throughout the UK and Europe. Our policy is to ensure the recipient receives a fresh bouquet that has been arranged by a Barnardos flowers Florist.

On the very rare occurrence that an error occurs, these things can happen as we are not robots; we will enforce our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. It is equally as disappointing for us when our service is let down by any such error, therefore we will always strive to rectify any problem to ensure a fresh bouquet is received by your recipient.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with Barnardos Flowers, please do contact our dedicated customer care team and they will quickly resolve any problem that you may have. They are there to help you and they always appreciate any form of feedback from our customers. We will not leave a customer unhappy with their experience at Barnardos Flowers.

The policy is also exempt from out courier delivered products. This is because once they are collected from our Studio they become out of our control. For further clarification please visit our terms and conditions page.

If in the very rare instance of non-delivery, then we will always either offer to refund the order or offer to upgrade the flowers and send them out as soon as possible.

If flowers are delivered late (at least 3 days) then we will offer an appropriate remedy. For exceptions of this policy please visit out Terms and Conditions page.

If you have any issue with the quality or freshness of the bouquet, we will always send out a fresh bouquet. Terms and Conditions apply.

In the rare instance Barnardos Flowers are not able to execute your order, we will refund you in full or we will upgrade the original bouquet to be sent out at any time free of charge. If the wrong bouquet is sent, we will always resend the correct bouquet. This is not applicable for orders that are subject to our substitution policy.

Any free item is subject to availability and the free item may vary in product brand. Any issues with free items will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we must receive notification within 7 days of receipt of the order. All correspondence will be dealt with during office hours.
